Please note: It may take up to 48 hours after dispatch for carrier tracking updates to appear in the tracking portal.
Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. What happens if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
Every Blackout Survival Straw undergoes strict quality control inspection before leaving our facility. Once a package is handed over to the courier, delivery management falls under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
